    Abstract: 《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要》明定「教師應自發組成專業學習社群」,教育部雖自2009年即已開始鼓勵中小學教師組織是類社群,但參與的比率仍有待提升;為期有效協助教師「專業學習社群」的組織和運作,本文先彙整該課程綱要和《中小學教師專業社群手冊(再版)》中對是類社群的規範,再概述首倡學習社群的《Democracy and Education》書中,對理想學習社群的描繪,從而為推動教師「教師專業學習社群」提出建議。
