Abstract:	「龍惕說」乃浙中學者季彭山（1485－1563）於嘉靖十五年（1536）懼於同門主自然為宗者之流於無節而提出者，此論一發，立刻引起諸子之熱烈回應。不過，當年首揭「龍惕說」的第一手資料－<與楊月山龍惕書>一度被認為以亡佚，故研究者在論及此議題時，多僅能概略性地論述，更遑論此說所引發的辯論。本文要再呈現鵬山當年所編纂的《龍惕書》第一手文獻，並藉此董理、闡釋「龍惕說」及其議辨之內涵，期能透過此文獻之整理語問事，一補過去相關研究之不足，並根據此研究成果，重新審視「龍惕說」在王學思想史上的定位。
