Abstract:	隨著知識經濟社會的來臨，如何提升國家經濟競爭能力，以便和世界接軌，則教育的發展尤顯重要。然而要發展教育則必頇重視校長的知識領導，因為校長知識領導能引導學校有效的管理與分享知識，進而促使組織能達到成功與卓壯成長。所以本文以一位國小校長為研究個案進行研究，旨在了解個案校長所呈現的知識領導經驗，並獲得以下的結論〆 (一)校長應落實促進組織知識分享。 (二)校長應激發創新發展能力。 (三)校長應支持組織成員學習。 (四)校長應積極推動知識管理。 (五)校長應整合資源系統。
