Abstract:	本文旨在探討教學檔案的意義、目的、規準、內容、優點與限制等基本概念，其次論述教學檔案的建構與評量，最後則提出作者在師資培育教育實習課程實施教學檔案評量的實地經驗，以做為自我省思改進以及供其他教育實習任課教師所參酌，俾敦促實習教師在不斷反省實踐中自我專業成長，進而達成教育實習課程的目標。
