Abstract:	中小學教師專業化是目前我國教育改革的重要議題之一。為提升我國教師專業化，本文首先論述美國教學專業化的三個機制作用做為借鏡，這三個機制作用是師資培育機構認可制度、初任教師資格檢定措施、以及教學專業標準化。其次根據美國的成功經驗，本文建議加強我國師資培育機構的評鑑工作、恢復師資培育法中「初檢─教育實習─複檢」的三階段品管功能、加強中小學教師評鑑工作、以及建立教師職級制度。
