Abstract:	本文旨在探究校長專業檔案的發展治革、意義、目的、規準、內容與建構歷程，其次論述校長專業檔案在校長專業成長、校長評鑑、校長生涯進階發展之應用以及所應注意的事項，最後，則據以對教育行政機關、師資培育機構與校長等提出多項建議，以供推動我國中小學校長專業檔案之參考。
