Abstract:	九年一貫課程實施至今已邁入第五個年度，在「健康與體育領域」的課程安排上，常為人詬病的體育課授課時數縮減、專任體育教師缺乏、教師專業職能不足等問題，造成學童身體活動的時間縮減，甚至無法從小培養起正確運動觀念。本文就影響學童運動健康觀念最基本也最重要的國小教育階段，在學校行政與體育教師應有的積極作為上做以下建議，提供學校行政及體育教育人員參考。
