Abstract:	本研究旨在探討國中教師人格特質與教學效能的關係，並了解人格特質是否能預測教學效能。研究者以自編之人格特質與教學效能量表對全台 447 位國中教師施測，並以典型相關、積差相關及逐步多元迴歸進行資料分析，主要發現如下： (一)國中教師人格特質與教學效能有顯著相關，國中教師人格特質中的「勤勉性」、「友善性」與「教材呈現」、「教學流暢」和「班級氣氛」相關最高。 (二)國中教師人格特質的「嚴謹性」、「友善性」、和「開放性」能預測教學效能 46.5%的變異。根據研究結論，本研究對學校教師、學校行政及未來研究提供建議。
