二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代，知識將成為組織提升品質和競爭優勢的關鍵因素。是故，有效運用知識管理的策略。將是未來學校經營的重要課題，使學校能夠發揮資訊科技管理和人力資源管理的功能，讓學校有效的收集、整理、轉化、創造、保存、累積、傳播和刊用知識，這些知識形成學校重要資產，進而提升學校效能。
本文首先說明知識管理的必要性與目標，其次分析知識管理的重要意涵與主要程序，接著闡述知識管理與學校效能的關系，最後提出「推動知識管理，提升學校效能」的策略。
英文摘要
The twenty-first century marks an era of knowledge economy. And knowledge makes a crucial factor in the enhanced quality and competitive advantage of organizations. Basically, knowledge management is the collection that governs the acquisition, gathering, transformation, creation, storage, accumulation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge. This knowledge can be a significant asset to the promotion of school effectiveness.
The article begins with the explanation of the necessity and goals of knowledge management. It analyzes the important concepts and main procedures of knowledge management. Then, it discusses the relations between knowledge management and school effectiveness. Finally, it presents the measures for implementing knowledge management in order to improve school effectiveness. |
