Abstract:	本研究旨在探討下列研究目的：當垃圾減量的環境計畫進入到校園中，實施環境改善計畫對教師、學生參與垃圾減量行為是否有影響？是否能夠有效的減少學校的垃圾量？針對發現的問題提出學校建構環境計畫的行動策略模式。歸納研究結果發現，本研究獲致以下結論：在學校經過垃圾減量行動，實質上來說確實能減少學校的垃圾量，透過各項的宣導活動不但能喚起教師的環境覺知，透過老師將概念知識融入在生活之中，也能增加學生的回收知識及正確的回收方法。學校針對場域中不同的環境問題提出解決的行動方案，由行政規劃開始對於環境教育的推動可以有較好的成效。
