Abstract:	本文試著從專業知能、專業自主和專業倫理之角度，剖析建立教師專業權威的途徑。首先說明專業知能、專業自主和專業倫理的內涵；復次分析專業知能、專業自主和專業倫理的關係；其次，描述專業權威與專業知能、專業自主、專業倫理三者的關係；接著探究影響專業知能、專業自主和專業倫理發展的因素；最後提出建立專業權威的途徑。
