    Abstract: 　　教育改革已成為當前政府重要施政項目之一。本文為探究解嚴以後之教育改革運動，首先從就政治體制、社會結構和校園民主分析其背景因素；其次說明教育改革發展之三階段--萌芽期、成長期和熱絡期；接著剖析民間教育改革訴求與政府回應；最後提出解嚴以後教育改革運動對於教育發展之正面和負面的影響。
