Abstract:	本文旨在透過闡述教育行政專業倫理的重要性，以及對教育行政專業倫理本質、內涵的分析與探討，研訂我國教育行政專業倫理的要素包含：(一)制定專業倫理準則的目的；(二)專業倫理準則的內容；(三)制定專業倫理準則的機構；(四)專業倫理準則的規範性；(五)專業倫理準則對專業的影響(六)專業倫理準則的修正。並據以建構我國教育行政專業倫理準則。最後，提出我國教育行政專業倫理準則的展望，包括：(一)建立共識，發揮規範作用；(二)積極實踐，創造倫理情境；(三)因應潮流，不斷研究創新；(四)成員承諾，踐行專業倫理；(五)充分配合，兼顧技術與倫理；期能作為日後教育行政專業團體制定教育行政人員專業倫理準則的參考。
