Abstract:	大學教育改革，已經成為政府推動教育改革重要項目之一。本文旨在探究1994年至2007年我國大學教育改革的狀況，首先說明大學教育改革背景（包括人口少子化與高齡化、政治民主化與自由化、知識經濟化與產業化及競爭全球化與科技化等4方面）；其次分析大學教育改革的重要內涵（包含實施多元入學制度等12項）；接著檢討大學教育改革的成效，最後提出大學教育改革的策略，包括落實大學系所評鑑工作，確保大學教育品質等9項。
