Abstract:	本研究旨在瞭解教師專業自主知覺與教師組織功能需求的現況，並分析教師專業自主知覺與教師組織功能需求的關聯。研究採問卷調查法，受試包括台閩地區180所公私立國民小學的1735位教師。研究工具有教師專業自主知覺量表及教師組織功能需求量表二式。回收問卷經統計處理獲得以下結論： 1.國民小學教師已具有高度的教師專業自主知覺，唯在教師應免於外力干預的知覺上略嫌不足。 2.國民小學教師對教師組織功能具有高度的需求。 3.國民小學教師專業自主知覺與教師組織功能需求有密切的關聯。根據研究所得，本研究分別對教育 (學校) 行政機構、教師會、國民小學教師提出多項建議。
