Abstract:	本文界定學校資源在中小學階段為家長參與及社區參與兩個層面。在釐清家長參與及社區參與的意義後，探討家長參與及社區參與的核心內涵。不論家長參與或社區參與，每個層面都與學校互為交互作用：家長參與層面包括：家長正向參與及家長多元參與兩面向；社區參與層面包括：善用社區資源及引導社區發展雙面向。各面向的內涵又包括數個重點要素，文內均詳做說明。　　說明優質學校資源統整的核心內涵之後，本文提出資源統整的經營策略及資源統整方案的形成要領，有系統有步驟的敘述，對學校推動優質學校資源統整將有參考的價值。
