    Abstract: 老化是一個複雜的生理現象,其影響因子包括遺傳、生理結構、生活型態、賀爾蒙、慢性病等因素之相互影響;其中是以坐式生活之形態影響甚大,造成許多人因身體活動不足或身體不活動情形,造成許多慢性病的發生。因此如何透過運動來維持與延緩老化所帶來的機能退化現象,將是非常重要的課題。因此如何讓老年人理解對於從事肌力訓練之生理機轉、意義與重要性,同時重新建立對老年人從事肌力運動的觀念,為本文主要探討之所在。
