Abstract:	認知教練是一種較強調認知、省思、轉化學習的視導模式，而「五大心智能力」乃是認知教練的核心，包括：效能感、彈性、自覺、技巧功夫、互賴。本文有鑑於認知教練對初任教師專業成長的重要性，乃先闡述認知教練的意義、目的、對話地圖、實施工具、以及和合等概念；並進而論述教學導師協助初任教師提升心智能力相關策略：(1)建立雙方信任與融洽關係；(2)以工具評估初任教師心智能力現況；(3)善用對話地圖提升初任教師心智能力；(4)活用引導策略啟導初任教師心智能力；(5)運用認知教練啟迪初任教師自我引導能力。
