Abstract:	本研究旨在探究地方課程與教學輔導團之專業輔導與診斷模式，研究採半結構式訪談、焦點團體訪談等方法。本研究之主要研究結果為：一、國民中小學有關課程與教學輔導需求之內容，大致包括「政策、課程、教學、評量、示範分享，以及研習規劃」；二、地方課程與教學輔導團專業診斷與輔導模式為「問」、「想」、「做」、「得」、「思」等五大歷程模式，歷程之下共包含六大步驟。其次，根據研究發現，本研究提出如下建議：一、根據本輔導需求之內容，進行各領域輔導需求與需求調查工具的探究；二、進行整體性實踐，理解診斷與輔導模式之適切性與實用性；三、輔導人才專業化，促進課程與教學輔導之功效；四、實施深化協作模式，提升整體課程與教學輔導之效能；五、進行量化實徵研究，建構更完整之輔導與診斷模式。
