Abstract:	本文旨在簡述實習教師如何把握教育實習階段以發展專業權能，首先，簡析實習階段專業發展的現況及問題；其次，析述師資培育機構、實習指導教授、實習學校與實習輔導老師應如何協助實習教師專業發展；最後，論述實習教師應有何種體認與態度以發展專業權能，建構專業自我。
