This essay attempts to explore constructivist teaching. There are four
main parts in this essay: The first part is to introduce constructivism and
constructivst teaching. The second part compares the differences between
constructivist and non-constructivist teaching. The third part analyzes the
basic defects in constructivist teaching. The final part comes to the
conclusions that:1. both constuctivist teaching and non-constructivist teaching
have mang similarities. 2. a number of inconcequences exist in the theory of
constructivist teaching.3. both constructivist teaching and non-constructivist
teaching are applicable in the complicated conditions of teaching.
