Abstract:	九0年代以來，「效能與績效責任」一直是高等教育學術領域中，最常被研究者提及的五個重要議題之一。本研究目的旨在參酌先進國家之實務，以資訊學門為對象，建構標竿取向之評鑑標準。本研究在實證分析部分，共分成三個階段，首先根據文獻分析的結果設計有關評鑑內容與標準之訪談題綱，以進行結構性訪談以瞭解受訪樣本對大學資訊學門評鑑內容與標準之意見。在階段二，則根據文獻探討與結構性訪談之定量分析結果，設計成調查問卷，以探討樣本對資訊學門評鑑內容與標準規劃之意見。最後，在階段三，則根據第二階段所建立之評鑑標準，進行配對相似性評估歸類後，再撰寫成評鑑標竿，作為大學資訊學門評鑑之工具。根據研究結果，本研究共設計出十二個標竿取向之評鑑標準，每一個評鑑標準均包含內涵之說明，以及問題效標。
