The article explores the change of the concept of science education in the United Kingdom and United States for hundreds of years by theoretical analysis. The science education of these two countries has been developing for hundreds of years. Many points of view are in fact appearing repeatly instead of disappearing, proved by numerous cases.
As we analyzed the characters of the change of concept of theses science education, we also found the main concept of science education is composed of equality, excellence, and temporary requirement in particular time and event. We shall conceive the science education according to the above three components as we look into the future of Taiwan science education.
