Abstract:	本小論主要在探討王符在(潛夫論)中的思想體系與內涵，在東漢時期的社會風氣多呈腐敗現象，其中影響最大者乃在外戚專橫，官吏黨枉法，國君權勢旁落，國家發展日漸衰頹，民心渙散，然在當時一些積極的思想家，如王符、仲長統、王充等均提出建言與論評，立說新穎，觀念務實前瞻，凡所提見解可謂當時改革派之心聲。論文中我們探討王符的思想體系之建構，兼及其內涵特色。
