Abstract:	世界各國家地區，為了確保初等及中等教育的品質，莫不對於中小學教育內涵，以及中小學校與師生的作為有一些要求或規範。這些規範的公布周知，經常是在不同名稱的文本裡，例如教育標準、教學計畫、課程標準及課程綱要等。本文即探討規範初等及中等教育內容與活動的文本命名問題，論述的觀點亦可適用於各學校自定的校本課程（計畫）。經由文本的法理條件探討，以及教育、學習、課程和教學四個術語的概念分析，最後獲致三點命名的主張供各界參考。
