Abstract:	王國維（一八七七－一九二七），是清末民國初年間的著名學者。他的學術成就，是多方面的：經學、文學、戲曲、上古史、古文字、今時、敦煌文獻等，都有開創性的研究成果，本篇專就他在文獻方面的成就，從事討論。全文重點有三：一是探討王國維所處時代的文獻背景，以說明王氏在文獻方面的成就，與他所處的時代事有關的；二是提出他最重要的文獻理論－「二重證據」說；三是論述王氏在整理文獻方面的成果。
