    Abstract: 有明重臣馮琦（1559-1604），位尊學富。其所編之《經濟類編》 百卷，幾三百萬言。煌煌巨著，蒐羅古今；勤勤國事，功在明廷，然今鮮有注意者。本文擬就馮琦與其所編《經濟類編》，析論其編纂動機與此書之價值，一則以彰顯臨朐馮氏忠愛家國之國士節風；　一則可窺明中葉以後學術風氣轉趨於實學之跡。
