    Abstract: 本文的研究動機為根據已出土的秦漢簡牘和傳世的典籍，探討戰國秦漢之際文吏的興起，並說明其所具有的教育意義。本研究重點如下：
    第一，說明文吏的內涵。
    第二，根據湖北睡虎地出土的《雲夢秦簡》和湖北張家山出土的漢簡《二年律令》，分別說明秦至西漢時期文吏產生的背景，包括文吏的選拔內容。
    第三，說明未來的研究方向。
