| Abstract: | 本文旨在介紹培訓小小解說員的模式，以資源豐富的台北植物園為學習中心，透過教授、國小教師、學生及學生家長，共同規劃與設計培訓課程、教材及解說。在解說過程中，藉由問卷、教師的觀察、札記與訪談，發現這是另一培訓模式，期盼達到九年一貫課程的目標，培養學生帶得走的能力，進而提昇教師專業與信心。 |
