    Abstract: 本文主要探討清代道光年間，清廷在葛瑪蘭(宜蘭地區)的行政區劃變革與漢人在當地開拓的過程。本文以文獻史了所記載的人口、區域範圍、開墾面積、水圳以及隘寮位置在時間上的差異，並對照行政區劃的改變，說明行政區劃的變革與漢人拓墾範圍之相關性。
