Abstract:	時間就是金錢，時間就是成就。工業化的現代生活中，最新，最簡便、最好吃、最省錢的食品，就是最受歡迎的食品。不信請看車水馬龍的麥當勞，賓客連踵的肯德雞。在花樣多、又要快、要方便的要求下，添加物的大行其道，便不可避免了。因此食品添加物的誤用或過量使用，乃至非法添加物的違規使用，讓我們每一個人都置身在致癌、致病的陰影下。但是只恐懼是沒有用的，重要的是怎樣去面對它?本文便是針對一些最常見的食品，提供一些極簡易的檢驗方法，自己動手做做看確保您的健康，維護您的安全。
