Abstract:	兒童教育是一切教育的基礎，關心環境教育的專家學者，對於小學及幼稚園應培養之環保常識、技能、概念雖有不同的看法，但對於環境教育應從小學或小學以前開始實施的看法卻是一致的。本文介紹美國、日本及我國之國小環境教育之現狀與目標，冀期能概念教學重於知識，透過體驗活動、學習落實國小環境教育。
