Abstract:	願景( v i s i o n ) 是引導組織因應內外環境，邁向未來的動力。學校有了願景則可以勾繪出學校未來發展的藍圖，引導共同努力的方向，並凝聚共同的力量，以展現學校效能。學校願景在教育界已經成為耳熟能詳的名詞，面對新世紀，發展學校願景已成為學校改革的要務之一，為發揮學校經營的優勢與特色，學校願景的建構已成為學校經營刻不容緩的重要課題。本文將探討學校願景的內涵，探究學校願景發展並提出學校願景領導的行動策略，以供國民小學學校經營與願景實踐之參考。
