Abstract:	本文經由臺灣地區的國民教育法（民92）及其施行細則（民90）、大陸地區義務教育法（1986）及其實施細則（1992）比較後，發現海峽兩岸國民教育政策可以從辦理主體、法制化、內涵化、均衡性、理論性、文化性、規範性、未來性、階段性、共通性加以分析。同時海峽兩岸同樣感受到教育改革的壓力，從國民教育法規看國民教育政策，顯示出海峽兩岸均極重視國民教育「九年一貫」；然而海峽兩岸有待努力的地方仍多，但願海峽兩岸少一點政治現實的紛爭，多致力於國民教育政策的達成。
