Abstract:	本研究以兩位幼教師為對象，探究他們與同事間自組成小組研討後，歷時約一年半的學習與轉變歷程中，所遭逢的困境有哪些？研究發現教師面對轉變之困境以及是否能突破，主要來自教師對專業角色的認同與投入，進而影響教師如何面對轉變歷程之壓力與回應方式，此發現讓我們知覺教師轉變絕不只是課程如何做(how)的技術問題而已，更是”人”(person)的問題。
