Abstract:	本篇文章的目的，一方面是對海洋教育議題正式納入國民教育的範疇，表達深切的期望以及心中的喜悅；另一方面，以身為經驗教師而言，對海洋教育只考慮課程統一的目標，忽略了地區的差異性而感到憂心。文中對於海洋教育即將實施的過程，以及所採取的做法有一番省思。作者綜合以往推行新課程、議題、文獻、專家學者看法，提出一些應注意的事項及建議，期望海洋教育實施前，做更周詳思考及規劃。讓課程能更靈活、更彈性及更能貼近實際教育現場，使理想課程能成功地轉化為經驗課程的可能。
