Abstract:	本文介紹校園新型的挑戰性問題：網路霸凌。藉由網路和其他電子通信技術，例如電子郵件、網頁、文字簡訊、電話內容和部落格留言板等工具，來傳送、張貼有害或殘酷的文字或影像，並且在同儕間廣泛流傳。校園傷害可以在任何地方發生，時間和地點已經不再侷限在校園空間內或是上課時間裡。教育工作者需要阻止網路霸凌在學生間傳開來，文中提供學校、教師、家長以及網路霸凌受害者的防治和因應策略，積極預防以免被網路霸凌的暗箭所射傷。
