Abstract:	本文旨在探討台北都會區國中經驗教師親師溝通策略。本文首先說明班級經營與親師溝通的內涵以及重要性。接著透過個案研究結果呈現都會區國中經驗教師親師溝通策略，以及經驗教師對新手導師在親師溝通策略運用上之建言。最後結論中，本文並對學校提出具體建議，以作為學校行政單位運用經驗教師資源協助新手教師親師溝通之參考。
