Abstract:	都會區的形成是現今許多國家社會發展的現象，而都會區中的學校、學生，也展現出許多不同於一般學校、學生的特性，因此教師在班級經營時常面臨了許多的挑戰。本文從本土的觀點，先探討我國都會區的特性；然後說明都會區特性在國小教育中的展現；進而分析都會區國小教師班級經營的困境；最後提出因應策略，供都會區國小教師經營班級時做參考。
