    Abstract: 我國特殊教育法與美國障礙者教育法案皆均明確揭示有關家長參與之相關條文,隨著教育改革風潮與融合教育的推展,家長參與學校事務之議題亦愈受重視。本文從相關法規舉隅、特殊需求學生家長的心理歷程、親師溝通原則、化解親師溝通障礙的案例分析等面向,論述教師與特殊需求學生家長溝通的內涵和要領,期能有助於教育工作者提升親師溝通效能,進而促進融合教育中之家長參與。
