      本研究之主要目的在探討父母教師知覺之幼兒氣質與父母教養方式的相關性。本研究對象係以台北市46所大班幼稚園幼兒為主,男生計644名,女生共計623名,共計1267名,其結果發現:
      一、父母和老師知覺幼兒氣質之活動量、適應性、趨避性及堅持度有正相關存在,注意力分散度為負相關,但相關係數都不高。
      二、幼兒氣質中活動量大,適應性差,情緒強度激烈,注意力分散度大及堅持低的幼兒,相對的,父親或母親稍會採取命令,忽視和懲罰等消極的方式。

    Abstract
      The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships between "the temperament of child perceived by teachers parents" and "child-rearing practice". The subject of this study were 1267 preschoolers. The main findings of this study were:
      1. There are postive correlation between activity, adaptability withdraw and persistence on the temperament of child perceived by teachers & parent.
      There are negative correlation between distractibility on the temperament of child perceived by teachers & parent. But the correlation cofficient is not high.
      2. Father and/or mother use order, ignore, punishment etc. negative behavior change techniques toward the inappropriate behavior exhibited by child who has the following native temperament: very active, has a very strong emotional reaction, easy to be distract, has a hard time to adapt and do not persist.
