    Title: 溫度和鹽度對異絲水黴(Saprolegnia diclinia)無性和有性生殖器官形成的影響

    Abstract:   本實驗所用菌種Saprolegnia diclina Humphrey乃分離自美國麻州Bridgewater市的Carver's Pond。實驗中探測溫度和鹽度雙重因素六十種情況下,對該菌種生殖器官的影響。溫度以5℃~30℃,其間每隔5℃為一間隔,每種溫度配合下列十一種鹽度(NaCl%):0%,2.2%,4.2%,6.0%,7.8%,9.2%,11.0%,14.0%,22.8%,27.6%,34%,做不同的控制,
      實驗結果顯示,無性生殖器官(孢子囊)內能產生游走孢子最大極限溫度和鹽度在30℃,6%NaC1和25℃,2.2%NaCl兩種情況下。在5℃,10℃,15℃,20℃,時,游走孢子於任何鹽度下(2.2%NaCl至34.0%NaCl)都無法形成,且所形成的孢子囊特別小,有的孢子囊內原生質塊有分裂情形,但未進一步分化成游走孢子。形成游走孢子之最佳生理情況為30℃,0%NaCl之鹽度。
      有性生殖作用,在10℃及20℃於4.2%NaCl的鹽度下,藏卵器內有卵子形成,在15℃時鹽度高至6.0%NaCl仍有卵的形成。形成卵子的最佳生理情況為15℃,2.2%NaCl的鹽度。
      上述生理結果,可被用來探討和本菌種形態相似的寄生水黴(Saprolegnia parasitica Coker),兩者在分類上的問題。
