Abstract:	截至目前為止，由於對地震的不甚瞭解，吾人無法做正確或近似正確的地震預預報。不過人類已看手這方面的研究已有二十餘年。本文主要的目的在於回顧一些地震預測的理論及技術。所論及者大部分基於充液岩石的膨脹現象，小部分係基於地磁及統計的方法。　　At the present time, we can not make an accurate or nearly accurate earthquakes forecasting, that is due to a measure of the basic lack of understanding of them. However groups of seismic research have been dealing with these problems for some twenty years. We develope here introductory reviews of the corresponding precursory theory and technique, most of them are based on the phenomenon of dialatancy in fluid-filled rocks, few are based on dialatancy indepently geomagnetic and statistical methods.
