Abstract:	本研究以文獻分析法探討美國、澳洲與紐西蘭入侵紅火蟻防治政策與管理制度，同時與我國防治政策進行比較分析。由研究結果得知，紅火蟻的防治政策，包括法令規章、防治目標、策略措施、施藥技術與方法、藥劑的選擇與藥劑管理均會影響到防治成效與生態環境。在防治成效評估方面，除美國開發可行防治技術外、加州橘郡、澳洲與紐西蘭防治之成功政策可做為我國防治紅火蟻之參考。這些成功政策與我國現行之政策比較分析，建議調整現行的權責分工、移動性感染源管制與檢疫制度、統整危害區防治工作、藥劑管理制度、藥劑流佈監測與防治技術研究，有助於提高防治成效，同時減少對環境造成危害。
