Abstract:	本研究的主要目的在於進行描述性的個案研究，呈現英國一位小學教師的課程評鑑經驗及做法，並析理個案教師課程評鑑與學校及國家脈絡間的關係，與國內的教育工作人員分享，以為實務上的參照。在方法上，本研究採個案研究法，選取倫敦附近一所獨立中小學(Independent school)的小學教師為研究對象，探討其評鑑2004年第二學期的英文寫作課程的歷程與做法。研究中以教室觀察、訪談及文件分析為主要的資料蒐集方法，以了解個案教師的課程評鑑經驗與做法。研究結果發現，個案教師對於課程評鑑理念與實踐之覺知程度高，進行教室課程評鑑活動的頻率也高。其課程評鑑的目的在於課程目標達成與否的檢視及改善實務。在方法的運用上，以便利性為主，在系統性上仍待提昇。
