Abstract:	學校教育的革新除了學理的基礎外，還必須與實際的教育場景加以連結。學校的系統從傳統的封閉型系統發展至今的開放型系統，更加重視內部成員的感受與外在環境的影響，間接說明了學校公共關係發展的重要性。本文將從開放系統的觀點來探討學校公共關係之推展，期能找出公共關係推展之背景及未來方向，讓學校更能在教育改革的浪潮下因應變局，開創新機。
