Abstract:	本研究以俗民誌研究探究校務評鑑實施歷程學校人員實際行為之意義，以高雄市芊芊小學接受校務評鑑期間2005 年2 月至11 月為研究場域。資料分析以紮根理論為資料編碼策略方法，並歸納以下結論：參訪他校評鑑經驗以探究竟，精美包裝學校以彰顯教育成果，以感性圖文策略行銷學校，柔化評鑑的威權效應，同甘共苦度過評鑑歷程，此為學校人員在校務評鑑實施歷程組織文化之「現象」；而期待公平卻又期待高肯定，表達真摯卻又掩飾虛偽，謙虛期待但又自信堅持，揚優隱缺的聚光效應，短暫質變的學校文化型塑，漣漪效應的潛在促變，浪花效應過後難以評估文化改變為校務評鑑實施歷程組織文化「變異」。最後提出研究建議以作為後續研究之參考。
