| Abstract: | 教育部為改善偏遠、離島地區英語師資不足問題，遂引進外籍教師
協助英語教學。惟政策推動以來，缺乏全盤規劃，導致政策執行與原先
計畫落差甚大，復因國內面臨少子化風暴，流浪教師持續增加，政策妥
適性一再被質疑。本文首先闡述外籍英語教師引進政策緣起、實施期程
與辦理方式，其次探討該政策所衍生之問題，最後提出結論與建議，期
能做為政策檢討之參考。 |
