Abstract:	本文以問卷調查的方式探討我國國家層級中小學課程實施的影響因素及其主要問題，經因素分析後發現：涵括課程發展、組織運作、人員培訓等三個面向的推動機關本身、課程設計與實施計畫、課程管理與宣導、人員的專業知能、人員的觀念做法，和組織調整等六項，是影響近年教育部推動中小學課程實施的共同因素。文末，提出建議供教育部未來推動中小學課程實施參考。
