摘要:	中文摘要　　　　　立廟祭祀袓先是殷周二代在崇拜袓先方面共具的特點，但殷周二代的祭祖禮仍有差異，本文擬透過文獻及甲骨金文來討論殷周二代在祭祀祖先方面，各自呈現的特點及其異同。　　本文共分六部份：　　　　　　　　　　一、前言　　　　　　　　　　二、受祭對象不同　　　　　　　　　　三、祭禮繁簡不同　　　　　　　　　　四、祭祀時用牲之異　　　　　　　　　　五、其他差異　　　　　　　　　　六、結語英文摘要　　　　　There is a common characteristic to build temples performing rites in honor of ancestors in Yin and Chou dynasty. But there are still some differences in the rites between Yin and Chou dynasty. This paper is intended to study the differences through documents, oracle-bone and inscriptions. There are six parts in this paper: 1.foreword 2.to whom the ancestors worship 3.the difference in simplicity and complexity of rites 4.the difference in offering livestock for sacrifice 5.the other characteristics between Yin and Chou dynasty 6.conclusion
